A Cosmonaut Should Be a Man of the Earth

In society April is associated with space exploration. On April 12, 1961, Yuri Alekseevich Gagarin first orbited the Earth in a spaceship called “Vostok”. Mayby due to this fact a humankind started to recognize the Earth as a common home.

“Sometimes people ask, why do we have to explore the space?” This question opens an article by Oleg G. Gazenko, one of the fathers of Russian space medicine and a member of “Nauka-i-Zhizn” Editorial Council. A possible answer may be this one: Space exploration gives the Earth to our hands.
